SHADES OF GREY X LIFE'S TOO SHORT: LINE PLAY - PRINTED DRESS AND MOTO JACKET

8:00 am

Hi everyone!  Well it finally happened!  We had our first snowfall.  All in all not a bad start.  Just a light dusting of snow really, so I can't complain.  I am a little sad though as we have been having a beautiful fall season which is a rarity here.  Luckily on Saturday the hubs and I were able to grab these photos before the snow came on Sunday.

In preparation for the second of our six post series (you can check out the first post here), I went into Shades of Grey on Friday to "shop" for our next look.  There were so many amazing choices I hardly knew where to start, but as soon as I saw this dress I immediately fell in love with it and knew it was the one!  Lately I have been loving the combination of dark colors like navy and wine with black, so I decided to pair the dress with this stunning leather motorcycle jacket that I have had my eye on since my last visit to the store.  For a little bling Marina suggested this necklace which I agreed was the perfect addition!  It's understated so as not compete with the dress, but still adds just the right amount of sparkle.

The hubs chose the Art Gallery of Alberta for our location.  I love how the lines of the windows compliment the pattern on the dress.  Good job hubs!

I already have something in mind for my next post collaboration with Shades of Grey, and I can't wait to share it with you!  Thanks for reading and have a great week!
